Thank you for supporting QSWARDROBE. Due to the personal nature of fragrance and cosmetic products, we have a limited return policy to ensure the safety and quality of our items.
Returns
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.To request a return, please contact us at support@qswardrobe.comwith your order number and reason for the return.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:Opened or used fragrances or body oilsProducts that have been tampered with or used
Scent Disclaimer
Fragrance is highly personal, and scent perception may vary from person to person. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns based on scent preference.
Order Issues
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the unopened item and place a new order.
