Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting QSWARDROBE. Due to the personal nature of fragrance and cosmetic products, we have a limited return policy to ensure the safety and quality of our items.

Returns
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at support@qswardrobe.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used fragrances or body oils

• Products that have been tampered with or used

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the unopened item and place a new order.

As a new small business it can take us some time to fulfill orders. Please give us a 2—4 week window to complete.

Formulated to be vegan, where possible, phthalate free, and alcohol-free skin loving ingredients

We believe in transparency with our customers. One of our fragrances, Booth M., contains a naturally occurring fragrance component called myrcene, which contributes to the scent profile. Myrcene may also appear on ingredient labels as part of fragrance or aromatic compounds.

Our perfume body oils are designed to deeply hydrate the skin while delivering a smooth, long-lasting scent that wears close and natural throughout the day. They can be applied all over the body for an effortless, radiant fragrance experience.

Our solid perfumes are more concentrated and come in a balm format, making them perfect for targeted application on pulse points such as the wrists, neck, behind the ears, inside the elbows, and behind the knees. A small amount goes a long way.

Solid perfume can be used to enhance longevity and help extend the wear when paired with traditional perfume sprays.

Note: When using oils with citrus notes, we recommend applying sparingly in warmer climates and weather.

We are currently an online only store.

Sustainability but also these are designed to be layered with products from other brands you may have in your collection.

Most people don’t own a signature scent anymore they own a wardrobe full of lotions, oils, body sprays, hair mists and more.

We want to be apart of your collection small enough to store on a shelf or take on the go and be affordable.
